All Excess injectors are tested and rated at 3 bar; the calculator adjusts for your base fuel pressure using the square-root flow law. BSFC and fuel factors are typical performance-engine values — turbocharged and methanol setups vary with boost, AFR and tune. Use the result as a sizing starting point and confirm with proper testing.
